Further to the completion of my recent transaction I would like to offer the following comments. This is the 4th time I have entered into a Contract Hire agreement for my business vehicle and yet the first time I have used Carnoisseur Leasing. From my very first contact with you to the final cup of celebratory coffee you were full of advice and help. Throughout the waiting time for the car to be available you kept me informed, when you were on holiday you ensured that someone else took over and when Fiat messed up with the delivery dates you ensured that there was a hire car available for my use. You even found me a very competitive insurance quote. As a single woman it was nice to feel that someone was helping me with a subject (cars) I know very little about even down to taking time to help me get my mobile tuned into the ‘hands free’ on the car. The whole experience was stress free and the car was everything I wanted. May I also thank you for the lovely flowers you sent to say thanks. They really brighten my rooms and were much appreciated. We were looking at changing our car and had got the Carnoisseur flyer with the Herbalife branded Mini up on our wall for the last 6 months, from the first time I contacted them via email, Carnoisseur have proved to be reliable and efficient. Our new Herbalife branded Vauxhall Astra, looks fabulous and I know they oversaw every step so our lovely new car was looking the best it could look.
