As a single woman it was nice to feel that someone was helping me with a subject (cars) I know very little about even down to taking time to help me get my mobile tuned into the ‘hands free’ on the car. This note is to commend you on your care and attention in helping me to find the best way to purchase the Nissan Juke that I had set my heart on. In dealing with me you had a customer who knew less than nothing about cars and indeed hadn’t bought one for 7 years. Your patience was exemplary! I even complained that I thought I was buying a 4 door car and the picture on the website only showed me 2 doors – until you pointed me to the top left hand corner of the door where there was a neat handle tucked away! Being a fairly thorough sort of chap I went around the market place to get figures and quotes to discover that at one dealership they actually quoted me for the wrong car and at another the cost over the three year term would have been nearly £1200 more than the arrangement you offered me. Yet at another place they wanted me to make a firm commitment to buy the car before they were prepared to even quote any figures to me. Add to this the personal touch of hearing me say I was going away for the weekend and your successful attempts to ensure that the car was delivered and made ready for me in time for that weekend journey. You can rest assured that I will be telling the story of my research which established that you are the most cost effective place to come and the personal touch is always added value.
